Process Capabilities

Jingxin Precision operates a full-range 3D-printing workshop equipped with SLA, SLS, MJF, FDM and SLM metal printing systems. We handle small intricate samples up to large-size assembled mock-ups. Build orientation, support strategy and parameter tuning are optimized per project requirements. Complex features including internal channels, lattice structures and free-form organic shapes can be produced in one single piece.

Basic 3D Printing Processes

Extended / Precision Processes

SLA (Stereolithography): High-resolution resin printing for fine-detail appearance prototypes and vacuum-casting master patterns.

SLS (Selective Laser Sintering): Powder-based nylon printing, no support needed, for durable functional plastic parts with complex undercuts.

MJF (Multi-Jet Fusion): High-speed batch production of nylon parts with consistent mechanical performance.

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling): Cost-effective production for large-size concept models and jig-fixture components.

SLM (Selective Laser Melting): Metal additive manufacturing for high-strength metal functional parts and complex metal structures.

Post-Processing: Support removal, sanding, bead blasting, polishing, dyeing, painting and full assembly work.

Process Selection Guide

When to Choose 3D Printing?

Choose 3D Printing when you need:

Parts with complex internal lattices, hidden channels, organic shapes and deep undercuts.

Low-volume orders from 1-100 units without tooling investment.

Fast turnaround for design iteration, concept verification and appearance mock-ups.

Custom-geometry jigs, fixtures and one-of-a-kind custom components.

Consider CNC Machining when your parts:

Require tight dimensional tolerances, solid-block raw material, high mechanical strength, batch above 100 pcs.

Consider Vacuum Casting when your parts:

Need 10-50 cosmetic copies with consistent surface texture and simulated engineering-plastic performance.

Consider Sheet Metal Fabrication when your parts:

Are thin-wall sheet-based metal enclosures, cabinets and bent structural brackets.

Consider Injection Molding when you need:

Volume above 1000 pieces, finalized design pursuing low per-unit mass-production cost.

3D Printing Design Guidelines

Follow these design principles to improve print success rate, reduce cost and minimize post-processing workload:

Minimum Wall Thickness: SLA ≥0.8 mm; SLS/MJF ≥1.0 mm; FDM ≥1.5 mm; SLM metal ≥1.2 mm. Avoid overly thin unsupported walls.

Hole Features: Recommended hole diameter ≥1.5 mm; tiny holes are better finished by post-drilling.

Overhang & Support: For SLA / FDM, overhang angles below 45° usually require support structures; optimize orientation to reduce support marks.

Internal Cavities & Lattices: Design proper drain holes for enclosed cavities to remove residual powder / resin.

Sharp Corners: Add fillet radius ≥R0.5 mm to reduce stress concentration and improve layer bonding.

Large Flat Surfaces: Add ribs or slight curvature to mitigate warpage and deformation risk.
