We break away from the "one-size-fits-all" approach, providing optimal process matching based on the development stage, size requirements, and mechanical properties of different parts:
Large interior and exterior trim/coverings (>1 meter)
Preferred options are CNC machining (maximum travel 2800x1800x850mm, seamless for ultra-large sizes) or RIM low-pressure injection molding (precisely suitable for large, unevenly thick parts such as automotive bumpers, eliminating the need for steel molds, extremely low cost, and extremely short cycle time).
Complex shells, high-strength functional test parts
SLS laser powder sintering 3D printing (using PA or PA+GF materials, high temperature resistance and excellent mechanical properties, can be directly assembled and bench tested) or SLA photopolymerization 3D printing (a large-scale equipment group of 68 units, suitable for rapid appearance styling review).
Extremely complex metal structures and irregularly shaped water channels
Metal 3D printing (such as direct powder molding of aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, stainless steel, etc., breaking the limitations of traditional CNC deep hole and internal cavity machining).
Small batch samples and fine appearance parts
Vacuum casting (German-imported vacuum casting system, rich material selection, extremely high surface reproduction, multiple hardness options including ABS/PMMA/soft rubber).
Bulk metal structural parts
Batch CNC machining (suitable for large-scale precision machining of metal parts such as aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, copper, and stainless steel, achieving milling and turning in conjunction with a CNC lathe).
