FAQ

Find practical answers for custom prototype and low-volume production. Drawing on our rich experience in precision manufacturing, Jingxin Precision addresses common concerns about tolerances, material options, lead-times, DFM review and order procedures for CNC machining, 3D printing, vacuum casting and sheet-metal projects.

1. Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirement?

No. We offer a "No MOQ" service; whether you need a single prototype for design validation or a small batch of 10–20 units for a trade show display, we can handle it. With extensive rapid prototyping capabilities—including 68 SLA printers and 88 CNC machines—we can meet your R&D needs with very low startup costs.

2. Can you handle both single-unit prototyping and mass production?

Absolutely. We are a "full-lifecycle manufacturing" service provider. We seamlessly integrate every stage in-house—from early-stage industrial design and proof-of-concept (3D printing/CNC prototypes) to small-batch pilot runs (vacuum casting/RIM) and finally to full-scale mold making, mass injection molding, and precision metal machining. This eliminates the need to coordinate with multiple suppliers, effectively reducing communication costs and ensuring product consistency.

3. What surface finishing and aesthetic processes do you offer?

We maintain a comprehensive surface finishing system, including dust-free spray booths (supporting high-gloss, matte, and frosted finishes) and specialized processes such as rubber-feel, leather-texture, crackle, water-drop, and magnetic coatings. Additionally, we excel in vacuum plating, water plating, sputtering, water transfer printing (carbon fiber, wood grain, etc.), transparent part dyeing, laser engraving, CD-patterning, high-gloss chamfering, and metal brushing. We can fully meet the aesthetic requirements of high-end products in sectors like consumer electronics and automotive interiors.

4. What level of dimensional accuracy and tolerance can you achieve with CNC machining?

We place a high priority on quality control and are equipped with a range of inspection instruments, including CMMs, 2D optical measuring machines, and equipment for testing surface roughness and dielectric strength. Thanks to our skilled technicians and precision machine tools (including three 5-axis CNC machines), we can consistently maintain CNC machining tolerances between ±0.02mm and ±0.05mm (depending on part size and material). Our quality objectives mandate a 100% pass rate for samples and a pass rate of ≥98% for outgoing batches.

5. How do you ensure the confidentiality of my design drawings and project information?

Information security is a critical priority for us. We strictly adhere to the ISO/IEC 27001 information security management system. Specific measures include: disabling USB ports on all internal company computers, managing all design files via centralized encryption, maintaining a separate and secure workshop, strictly prohibiting photography equipment in the workshop, and requiring all employees and visiting clients to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Your new product development drawings are completely secure at Jingxin Precision.

6. If I have defined the functional requirements but am unsure about material selection, can you provide recommendations?

Certainly. We possess over 20 years of manufacturing experience across plastics (ABS, PC, POM, Nylon, PEEK, photosensitive resins, etc.), metals (aluminum alloy, stainless steel, copper, titanium alloy, etc.), and soft materials (45A–90A hardness). Before you place an order, our engineering team provides free DFM (Design for Manufacturability) assessments and material selection advice, matching the most suitable manufacturing processes and materials to your specific needs regarding part strength, temperature resistance, budget, and surface finish requirements.
